Air Swimmers on Saturday Night Live. Maya Rudolph (the lady from the hit movie “Bridesmaids”) is hosting SNL for this week along with a musical guest Sleigh Bells. SNL is known for making funny sketches in their promo’s before their shows and we just so happened to spot Air Swimmers on Saturday Night Live.

It all starts with Maya Rudolph trying to get a good clip in where she can introduce herself and announce the gig lineups so that she can prepare us for the night show but it seems like she just can’t make the right clip.

In one part of the clip, you can hear the air swimmer shark humming and gracefully flying in the background minding his own business. Not knowing that the camera was rolling, the shark says “oh my god, did you guys start up there? Oh are you guy’s filming? Oh I’m sorry –did you want me to get? –I’ll get out of here” the shark backs up and says “-unless you guys want me to get in it” you can hear Andy Samberg mumble to Maya Rudolph “Just ignore him”

This is actually a pretty funny clip because you can hear the cast in the background (behind the camera’s) laughing when the air swimmer starts talking.

Another funny thing about this clip is that the Air Swimmers on Saturday Night Live was probably intentional because Andy Samberg hosted shark week.
